Earth Hour was first held on 2007 by World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in Sydney Australia where 2.2 million of homes and establishment switch off their essential lights and appliances for one whole hour support against climate change. And this had been a traditional campaign that held annually every last Saturday of March, 8:30 to 9:30 pm local time. Earth Hour 2010 have 121 participating countries around the world making it the biggest Earth Hour to date.
Let us all do our personal responsibility to Mother Earth's future and our future with just 60 seconds of lights out, make your stand and make it a date on Saturday.
